Pricing Questions

No. All NXDH plans are monthly, cancel anytime. We believe in earning your business every month — not trapping you in a contract.
All prices shown are in AUD. GST (10%) will be applied to invoices once NXDH is GST-registered (required once annual revenue exceeds $75,000 AUD). Your invoice will clearly show any applicable GST.
Game servers are typically live within 24 hours of payment. Web hosting is often ready within a few hours. We'll confirm your setup timeline when you get in touch.
We accept all major credit/debit cards via Stripe and PayPal. Invoices are sent through Invoice Ninja with a secure payment link. Australian bank transfer is also available on request.
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Refunds are available within 48 hours of payment if the server was not usable due to NXDH's fault. There is no refund for user-caused data loss. If you experience a service issue, contact [email protected] and we will work to resolve it promptly.
Yes — you can change plans at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Just contact our team and we'll handle the migration.
