Web design timelines depend on scope — we'll give you a clear estimate upfront. Once your service is live, our team will check in 48 hours later to confirm everything is running smoothly.

All game server clients receive login credentials for the Pterodactyl panel at panel.nxdh.com.au. From there you can start, stop, and restart your server, view the console, change settings, and manage files — without needing any technical knowledge or SSH access. Credentials are delivered securely after payment.

Yes. We can migrate your existing website, ARK world saves, or other data to NXDH infrastructure. Just mention this in your enquiry and we'll confirm what's involved.

We don't offer free trials, but we have no lock-in contracts. Your first month is effectively a live trial — if the service was not usable due to our fault, we'll process a refund within 48 hours of your request. Refunds are not available for user-caused data loss. If you have any concerns, email [email protected] and we'll work to resolve it.

Day-to-day support and community is handled by our support team. Anything requiring server access goes to our Solutions Architect. You're talking to the people who manage your service — not a tier-1 overseas call centre.

Our watchdog system checks servers every 5 minutes and auto-restarts crashed services. Uptime Robot monitors externally and sends Discord alerts immediately. For most outages, recovery is automatic before you even notice. Critical issues are addressed as soon as they're detected regardless of time.
